The stallholder must be the grower, producer or artisan of quality products from within the Mid North Coast region. Refer to map in information pack. For example, the following products may form part of the market:

  • Farm direct produce (direct from the grower, no wholesalers)
  • Jams & Chutneys
  • Honey
  • Gourmet foods
  • Patisseries and Bakery Items
  • Handmade clothing, jewellery, textiles, leather goods
  • Garden & Farming products
  • Equestrian products
  • Handmade Art and Craft products
  • Wine & beer tasting and sales
  • Pasture raised beef, pork, chickens etc
  • Small Farm livestock & pets

All stallholder applications are assessed on their merits and the appropriate ‘fit’ for the region, the market atmosphere and focus on farm fresh food and locally made products.   

The Market Coordinators are responsible for primary promotion of the market (banners, flags, social media, PR, mainstream advertising etc) as well as recruitment of new vendors, checks on the authenticity/source/quality of produce sold, layout of stalls, and day-to-day operation of the markets.

Please note it is a requirement that all vendors to maintain current $10 million products and public liability cover which includes the consumption of food.  A certificate of currency MUST be attached to the signed vendor agreement.
